Refund and Returns Policy

All items sold on this website are made-to-order. All made-to-order and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. By completing your order, you agree to these terms. This does not apply for items that are damaged or faulty. For these cases, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a refund is started due to fault on our part (product defects or damage caused in production), we will provide you with a shipping label and you will have the choice to receive a refund or another product at no extra cost. Mention this when you start your return.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kettmeberlin@gmail.com and follow the procedure stated above.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Wotanstraße 14, 10365 Berlin, Deutschland.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kettmeberlin@gmail.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. However, this does not apply to made-to-order items.
